City of Semmes - Growth Through Annexations

During the June 7th, 2016 Council Meetings, a total of 63 parcels of property were discussed for annexation into the City of Semmes.   All 63 parcels discussed during the Work Session were considered and approved by the Council during the Regular Session.

Additional property owner annexations will be considered at the June 21st meeting.  This annexation will cover all properties that have been received by the City that are contiguous.   This will be the last consideration for annexation until after the municipal elections in August due to map updating and voter lists that must be updated before the end of candidate qualifications.
